IntelliTime Systems Corporation built the SmartPunch app as an accessory to our Enterprise Workforce Automation application. It has no standalone functionality, when not connected to our Workforce Automation application. This data collection service is provided by IntelliTime Systems Corporation and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal. The application does not collect personal or sensitive information. It collects information during the secure log in on the employee number, provided by the employer to the employee (user), and details of the work a user is performing for their employer, including assigned tasks, types of work and location using the GPS. We will not use or share this information with anyone except our customer, who has also specifically authorized and directed their employee to use this app to track their work.

Access to the camera is needed to scan a QR code which may be used as part of our Service. The geolocation data is collected as part of SmartPunch usage.
